Monique Molloy

Monique Molloy serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the University of Pennsylvania’s Gene Therapy Program (GTP). In this role, she has oversight for general administration, human resources, communications, publications, laboratory operations and information technology. Monique has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Villanova University. She has worked within GTP since 1994, serving in various administrative capacities throughout the years. In addition, Monique serves as the Executive Director of the Orphan Disease Center (ODC) at Penn Medicine, a role she took on in 2015.
